Please note that with 3D plans we are unable to change any colours on the plan and we are restricted by the software on what symbols we can add or change. The plans are only intended as a guide to a property and not an exact replica of a property.

All plans can be produced featuring or not featuring measurements, room names, addresses, Company Logos etc.
A floor is classed as a level of a property with at least two usuable rooms. If a property has a single room basement or attic room this would not be charged as an extra floor.
Almost without exception amendments are completed free of charge although we reserve the right to charge an admin fee if the amended plan differs by a large degree from the original sketch. However we always try to avoid this and notify you if there will be a charge.
Prices are for properties up to 300 square metres (3230 square feet). Exceptionally sized properties larger than this may be subject to an additional charge depending on the complexity of the plan
